Bilingual Dealer Support Specialist (French required)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first line of support for North American dealerships using our client's automotive technology. Your goal: empower users to resolve issues quickly, understand best practices, and build long-term success with the platform. You’ll offer practical guidance, solve technical issues, and advocate for a seamless customer experience in both French and English.

Responsibilities
• Deliver phone-based technical support to automotive dealerships across North America
• Diagnose and troubleshoot user issues with systematic listening and probing
• Respond to leasing-related inquiries from dealers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Document all issues in Salesforce and escalate when needed
• Support users with CRM/ILM admin systems and general tech usage
• Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution
• Translate technical processes into user-friendly language
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a positive and proactive support culture

Qualifications
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
• Confident communicator with empathy and ownership mindset
• Comfortable multitasking in a high-volume environment
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
