Bilingual Education Services Specialist (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will work closely with school boards and education partners to provide training, create instructional resources, and support adoption of a well-established K–12 education platform. Your work will include webinars, resource development, conference presentations, and ongoing support to help educators use the platform effectively.
Responsibilities

Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for educators and administrators

Create and update instructional content such as lesson plans, guides, and videos

Collaborate with internal teams to analyze usage data and enhance platform adoption

Support the development of internal training modules and host learning sessions

Represent the organization at educational conferences and events

Maintain accurate tracking of usage metrics and webinar engagement

Contribute to projects related to resource development, translations, and team support
Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

At least 2 years of experience in education, training, or a related field

Experience designing instructional resources for K–12 environments

Skilled in virtual and in-person facilitation and professional development delivery

Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong organizational skills

Collaborative and comfortable working across teams and functions

Data-literate, with the ability to analyze trends and improve usage

Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Canva or webinar platforms is an asset
