Bilingual Customer Success Associate (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will be the first point of contact for customers and internal sales staff, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from order to delivery. Your day will involve providing prompt administrative and sales support, resolving inquiries with care, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations.
Responsibilities
• Support Territory Managers by anticipating their needs and managing communications
• Assist with customer meetings and trade shows
• Respond to customers via phone, email, mail, and live chat
• Accurately process orders and provide timely updates
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• Suggest alternative product solutions and make outbound communications when appropriate
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations for efficient order handling
• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions
• Participate in cross-team projects and process improvements
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or administration, ideally in agriculture or sales support
• Fluency in French (Canadian)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with ERP or business systems, especially Business Central
• Strong keyboarding, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and follow specific workflow standards
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a changing work environment
