Bilingual Customer Success Specialist (French required)

Our client, a stable and well-funded startup in the logistics sector, is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Customer Success Specialist to join their small yet dynamic team. What You’ll Do
You will be the go-to person for educating small and medium-sized merchants on optimizing their shipping through our client’s platform. From onboarding to continuous support, you will build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and help drive platform adoption in both English and French.
Responsibilities
• Onboard new accounts and support existing ones to ensure product success
• Manage end-to-end customer inquiries and resolve shipping issues without a queue system
• Proactively engage dormant accounts and highlight the platform’s value
• Make welcome and outreach calls and manage email communication
• Track client activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English with excellent written communication
• Recent graduate or early career professional ready to grow fast
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
• Coachable team player who thrives in start-up environments

• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (9am–5pm)
• Hybrid preferred (2–3 days in-office), fully remote considered for experienced candidates
