Bilingual Customer Success Specialist (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will serve as a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized merchants, helping them optimize their shipping operations using our client’s platform. From onboarding to ongoing support, you’ll engage customers in both English and French, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.

Responsibilities
• Onboard new accounts and guide them toward success
• Resolve customer inquiries and shipping challenges without relying on a ticketing system
• Re-engage dormant users and highlight new platform features
• Initiate welcome and outreach calls, and handle email communications
• Monitor user activity and suggest improvements based on trends

Qualifications
• Fluent in French and English with strong written communication
• Recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn and grow
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Strong communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Collaborative, coachable, and adaptable in a startup setting

Benefits
• Competitive salary: $50,000 to $60,000
• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm
• Hybrid work preferred (2–3 days in-office), remote considered for experienced applicants
• Two weeks paid vacation
• Health and dental coverage (50/50 cost-share) after 90 days
• Open to applicants with valid work permits (minimum two years remaining)
