What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, preparing product quotes, and processing customer orders. You will collaborate with colleagues across several departments and help ensure customers receive clear information and reliable service. This position offers a structured environment with opportunities to strengthen your product knowledge and customer service expertise over time.
Responsibilities
• Consult with customers to provide product information and general commercial guidance
• Prepare customer quotes based on needs and internal recommendations
• Maintain regular contact with customers through phone and occasional in person visits
• Calculate and confirm pricing using internal guidelines
• Enter and manage customer orders within the internal system
• Reconnect with past customers and review historical sales activity
• Provide information about product availability and inventory levels
• Communicate with internal teams including purchasing, dealer partners, and sales representatives
• Suggest practical improvements that support team efficiency and service quality
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies
• Complete additional related duties as required
Qualifications
• Post secondary education or at least 3 years of related work experience
• Fluency in English and French is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working within structured processes and established systems
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
