Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (French is a must) –

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, creating quotes, and managing customer orders. This is a central role within the company and offers exposure to multiple departments, making it an excellent position for someone who values teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Consult with customers to provide technical and commercial information
• Quote products based on customer needs and internal recommendations
• Maintain regular customer contact through phone and occasional site visits
• Accurately cost items based on internal guidelines
• Enter orders into the ERP system
• Reconnect with past customers and track historical sales
• Access and provide inventory and product availability information
• Communicate with dealers, purchasers, and sales representatives
• Suggest improvements to enhance departmental processes
• Follow company health and safety policies at all times
• Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Fluency in English is required
• Bilingual in French is considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes
