Bilingual Customer Support Representative (French required)

This full-time, on-site role is based in Brantford, Ontario.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring clear and helpful communication. You’ll coordinate with internal departments to gather accurate information and provide timely responses, supporting the order and shipping process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English
• Coordinate with departments such as warranty, shipping, and sales to resolve customer questions
• Monitor open orders and provide shipment updates
• Assist with order follow-up, invoice tracking, and report preparation
• Support order entry processes as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using internal systems and Microsoft Office
• Participate in training and team meetings
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bilingual customer service role
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments is an asset
