Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French required)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support customer service operations through a mix of email communication, claims processing, and account support. The work is structured and detail focused, with time to learn systems thoroughly and build confidence. You will become a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims with accuracy and consistency
- Respond to client inquiries in both French and English, primarily via email
- Support account administration tasks such as maintaining and updating records
- Use internal systems and reports to manage cases and workflows
- Provide after hours roadside assistance support on a scheduled rotation
- Maintain confidentiality and follow established processes carefully
- Assist with additional administrative or support tasks during quieter periods
Qualifications
- Native level French and strong professional English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, process driven work
- Ability to learn and navigate custom software and internal systems
- Reliable and able to commute for onsite training and ongoing collaboration
- Calm, professional communication style and team oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently after training is complete
Benefits
- Compensation range: $45,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience
- Additional on call compensation including weekly stipend and per call pay
