Remote: Montreal and Ontario (if outside Cambridge 1.5 hours commute) 

Preference for Hybrid Cambridge: 3 days in office 2 days from home

Salary: $50k-$55k (annual merit increases + $1-$2k additional) 

JOB HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) 

VACATION & BENEFITS: 2 weeks Vacation (Manager is Flexible and open if more time is needed on occasion) + 5 sick days, RRSP company paid employee can contribute additional funds but not necessary. Company matches 50% of the first 9% of your contributions. Standard is 90 days (Health & Dental benefits, Life Insurance, STD & LTD  which are shared cost of employee & employer). There are 3 employee options of 1 basic; option 2 standard; option 3 enhanced depending on family situation/need. Also medical, dental, drugs. vision.   

Must Have:
(1) 1+ Years with Escalations/Problem Solving 
(2) 2+ Years Customer Service/Order Management
(3) French Bilingual

KPIs: Calls are low; maybe 2-3 per day; high volume of Emails 100/day (orders,complaints, credit approvals, quotes, etc. A-Z Sales Cycle)

DUTIES: As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by educating them on our products and services, answering questions, taking and entering orders, utilizing & maintaining multiple software applications including online order guides and basic troubleshooting, interacting and working with company’s internal team including sales, service, procurement, warehouse & shipping, and management etc. as required to ensure our customers’ needs are met.
