Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in serving our client's French-speaking customer base by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer receives a high level of service. You’ll handle both technical and non-technical information, using phone, email, and online platforms to communicate. Your calm presence and professionalism will support both external customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, primarily in French

Respond to customer needs with accuracy and care

Minimize call transfers by resolving issues directly

Support internal departments with a team-first approach

Use Salesforce and other platforms to manage and track customer interactions

Attend department meetings and training sessions

Maintain schedules and follow company policies

Stay current with product knowledge and internal resources
Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English (French proficiency is mandatory)

At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred

Experience in a hearing aid or related technical field is a plus

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annually

Job hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (40-hour work week)
