Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in serving our client's French-speaking customer base by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer receives a high level of service. You’ll handle both technical and non-technical information, using phone, email, and online platforms to communicate. Your calm presence and professionalism will support both external customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, primarily in French

  • Respond to customer needs with accuracy and care

  • Minimize call transfers by resolving issues directly

  • Support internal departments with a team-first approach

  • Use Salesforce and other platforms to manage and track customer interactions

  • Attend department meetings and training sessions

  • Maintain schedules and follow company policies

  • Stay current with product knowledge and internal resources

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English (French proficiency is mandatory)

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Experience in a hearing aid or related technical field is a plus

  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer proficiency required

Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annually

  • Job hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (40-hour work week)

  • Four weeks of vacation (prorated based on hire date)
