What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating service appointments, repairs, and scheduled maintenance

Communicating with customers and technicians in both French and English

Managing schedules, translating work orders, and ensuring smooth workflow between departments

What You Bring:

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

3+ years of customer service or dispatch experience, ideally in a technical or service-based setting
