What You’ll Do
You will support members by delivering knowledgeable guidance on home and auto insurance products. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction is professional and solution-focused.
Responsibilities

Respond to phone and written inquiries, updating insurance policies and assessing risk

Clarify and resolve member complaints with a focus on service excellence

Attract potential members by clearly explaining product offerings

Handle policy rewrites and remarketing based on current guidelines

Maintain detailed records of transactions and industry updates

Log, track, and escalate complex issues as needed
Qualifications

RIBO license required (or willingness to obtain it within 3 months, fully supported)

Commitment to completing three foundational insurance courses: CIP Principles and Practice, Property 1, and Automobile

Experience in home and auto personal lines is an asset

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Fluent in French and English
