Bilingual Production Customer Service Representative (English required, French an asset)

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Production Customer Service Representative to join a growing operations team. This role supports manufacturing and repair operations and plays a critical part in ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
This is an existing vacancy created due to growth, with immediate availability. The position begins with in-office training and transitions to a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
You will be a key point of contact between customers and internal production teams. Your work will directly support operational efficiency and customer experience by ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and clearly communicated. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys balancing calls, systems work, and collaboration.
Responsibilities

Make 20 to 25 outbound calls per day to clarify incoming orders

Process 25 to 30 orders daily, including new, remake, service, and credit orders

Manage 30 to 40 Salesforce cases per day with accurate documentation

Send and respond to approximately 10 to 15 customer emails daily

Follow up with customers on order status and required clarifications

Maintain order location and status within Salesforce and SAP

Assist with expediting orders when required

Perform quality control checks in line with ISO quality standards

Collaborate closely with production and service teams to resolve order issues

Complete additional tasks as assigned through training and management direction
Qualifications

Customer service experience in a medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or similar environment

Strong order entry and order clarification experience in a high-volume setting

Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and CRM platforms

Comfortable with repetitive tasks, outbound calling, and daily performance metrics

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Experience with Salesforce, CRM tools, or SAP is an asset

Fluency in English is required, French is an asset
Benefits

Compensation range: $50,000 to $52,000 base salary, plus a monthly bonus of $250 to $500 based on individual performance and company sales results

Hybrid work model after approximately three weeks of in-office training, with three days per week in office

Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
