Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French Required)

What You’ll Do
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and concerns with professionalism and accuracy. Your ability to communicate clearly in both French and English will be key in maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring timely service.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a courteous and timely manner
• Enter and manage sales orders, including pricing and estimated delivery dates
• Handle product returns, process credits, and manage customer complaints
• Prepare quotes and follow up on open opportunities using Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite and track orders
• Provide backorder reports and delivery updates to customers
• Maintain product knowledge and follow all internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with JD Edwards and CRM systems is an asset
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
