Bilingual Client Services Executive (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will be the frontline of client interaction, managing high-volume inquiries and delivering top-tier service to a global client base. You’ll support active traders by providing product education, platform guidance, and account assistance—all while gaining exposure to global markets and expanding your financial knowledge.
Responsibilities
• Handle 40–50 daily interactions (75% in French) via phone, email, and chat
• Support account openings, platform navigation, trade queries, and client education
• Respond to market events, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
• Monitor competitor trends and provide insights
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teams in London and APAC to maintain service excellence
• Uphold a high-touch, professional client experience across all channels
Qualifications
• Fluency in Quebec or Ontario French, with strong English communication skills
• Experience in banking (such as teller roles), financial services, or insurance
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort handling objections
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
• Interest in trading or global markets is a strong asset
• Open to recent grads with strong drive and coachability
