Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both English and French-speaking customers, helping to ensure that orders are processed smoothly and accurately. You will handle order entries, updates, and customer communication while working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in both English and French
• Enter and process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy using ERP systems
• Provide information on products, pricing, inventory, and order status
• Support issue resolution, returns, and urgent shipping requests
• Maintain updated records and assist with quotes, follow-ups, and documentation
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to support seamless deliveries
• Address and escalate customer complaints when needed

Qualifications
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order desk, or inside sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience using ERP systems
• Detail-oriented and accurate in order processing
• Knowledge of flooring or building materials is an asset but not required
• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate is preferred
