Bilingual Customer and Consumer Care Representative (French required)
12-month contract

What You’ll Do
You will manage customer and consumer interactions across multiple channels including phone, email, and online chat. Your work will involve order management, consumer assistance, and troubleshooting while ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer orders from receipt to payment using SAP and EDI
• Monitor and manage manual and electronic orders
• Support consumers by providing accurate product and service information
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product issues
• Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Shipping
• Maintain accurate records and perform daily filing and monthly archiving
• Respond professionally to inquiries across multiple platforms
• Provide samples for consumers and marketing as needed
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English
• Secondary school diploma required
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and navigating multiple applications
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Graphic skills and colour matching are considered an asset
