Bilingual Customer & Consumer Care Representative (French preferred)

What You’ll Do
You will serve as the voice of the company for both customers and consumers, ensuring all inquiries and orders are handled with care and precision. Working across phone, email, and chat, you’ll provide product support, manage transactions, and resolve questions or issues with empathy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer transactions from order entry to payment

Monitor and process EDI and manual orders through SAP

Communicate daily with operations and shipping to minimize service disruptions

Offer consumer assistance and product information through phone, email, and online chat

Troubleshoot consumer issues and provide timely resolutions

Handle sample requests and filing duties accurately

Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teams

Follow health and safety practices while ensuring a respectful workplace
Qualifications

Secondary School Diploma required

Bilingual French and English preferred

2+ years in a customer-facing or call center role

Strong communication and listening skills

Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and internet navigation

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Positive, courteous, and self-motivated approach under pressure
