About Company: Strong Onboarding; great tenures with in company. People stay here. They sell to supply chain companies, inventory software, barcode scanners, other supplies used in warehousing and logistic companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The customer service team consists of about 6 people that manage all our orders, service contracts, inventory, invoicing and our dispatch system. This team has to monitor and process everything in these systems (SAP). They have to create purchase orders to fulfill the orders and contracts with goods and parts. There are inbound calls from sales reps and customers. There are not many outbound calls. The sales reps are usually responsible for the outbound calls to customers. The sales reps are also responsible for entering about 80% of the orders into our system. The customer service reps must validate the order against the customer PO.
