Your Role at a Glance
As a key member of the internal support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service operations and exceptional client care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responding to client inquiries (phone, email, chat, and in-person) related to products, pricing, service status, and orders

Processing customer orders and managing new account setups

Creating service contracts and work orders

Assisting sales and service teams with documentation during pre-sales processes

Coordinating repairs, training sessions, and product returns

Monitoring open orders and collaborating across departments to ensure timely delivery

Addressing customer concerns with professionalism and care

Participating in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
What You Bring

Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required

A strong focus on detail, organization, and time management

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; a post-secondary degree is preferred

Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or support, ideally in a B2B setting

Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong asset

A background or interest in science is considered beneficial
