Key Role Responsibilities / Activities

Handle customer/client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Follow-up with existing clients and new potential clients to provide information on product.

Troubleshoot issues where necessary.

Train new clients on software.
Required Experience / Competencies / Education

1+ years of customer service experience.

Excellent communication abilities in English and in French.

Proactive and mature individual able to work with minimal supervision.

Strong PC skills are a must.
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education

College Diploma or University Degree.

Experience providing white glove service to Customers and Accounts.
