Our client is looking to add an outgoing, energetic and bright Bilingual Senior Consumer Support Representative to their team. And here is where YOU come in: DURHAM REGION Key Role Responsibilities: - Respond to calls, emails and chats regarding products
- Respond to consumer calls and get trained to respond to business calls
- Handle quality calls not quantity of calls, no time limit to help customers
- Maintain strong business relationships
- NOT A HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER!!!!
Required Experience: - 1-5 years in customer service, consumer response
- Strong computer competency
- Can do attitude!
- Enthusiasm to join a winning team
- Strong language skills in both French and English (Bilingual is a must and will be tested)
