About the Role
We’re seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French/English) for a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence twice weekly. This role involves diverse tasks such as phone-based customer service and technical support, order management via SAP Business One, and shipment follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, self-motivated, and possess previous customer service experience along with ambition and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with new and existing customers via telephone
- Administrative tasks including order processing, tracking, and coordinating with courier services
- Participation in events and training sessions as needed
- Other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred in order processing, home building industry, or inside/outside sales
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Excellent self-management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a creative approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and computer literacy
- Excellent presentation and telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Availability for daytime and occasional evening shifts
