Duties:
- Help customers navigate and troubleshooting the use of the online quoting systems.
- Receive, review and input quotes into ERP System
- Apply discounts and credits as required
- Track and send order acknowledgements to clients
- Coordinate inbound deliveries
- Liaise with internal and external parties as required
- Maintain good understanding of products and services
Required Attributes: Bilingual French and English, Customer Service Experience, Great attention to detail and critical thinking skills, Proactive.
