Job Details
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
Remote, Hybrid or In-Office: Hybrid (Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri from home)
Job Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Vacation & Benefits: ***to confirm but fairly certain same***3 weeks vacation, 2 float days, birthday off (total 18 paid days), 10 paid sick days, company-paid benefits from day one, RRSP contributions allowed immediately (no match initially); after 1 year, 1–5% employee contribution with equal company match. Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, EDI, and fax using SAP
-
Order management from entry to delivery including follow-ups on stock, pricing, and issues
-
Handle debits, credits, and product returns
-
Respond to daily emails and approximately 10 phone calls/day
-
Participate in process improvements and department-wide initiatives (e.g., optical reader automation)
-
Engage in interdepartmental communication with finance, QA, marketing, and other internal stakeholders
-
Cross-train and assist in other areas including RMAs and specific account management (e.g., McKesson)
-
Maintain accurate filing and documentation
