Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Annual Bonus
Location: North York, ON (On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Your Role: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key part in managing customer orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and monitor customer orders and shipments

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Maintain accurate data and documentation in company systems

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment

What You Bring:

Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)

2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields
