What You’ll Do:

Process and evaluate loan applications.

Ensure data accuracy and internal coordination.

Customer calls – focus is internal operations and customer care and support
What You Bring:

2-3 years call centre/customer service experience (financial services preferred).

Comfortable with MS Office & tech tools.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Legally eligible to work in Canada
