Key Role Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders via telephone, fax, and e-mail
- Find solutions for all concerns or issues raised by clients
- Coordinate any service repairs, installations, or warranty issues
- Provide direct Support to the Bid Management team
- Review any invoice discrepancies
- Provide pricing information and support field sales staff
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Excellent customer service skills, understand the need for professionalism in working in a demanding environment
- Good oral and written skills in English French
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills & MS Office skills
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Solid understanding of Customer Service with 2 years experience
- Demonstrates good judgment when making decisions
- Outgoing personality
