What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients across Canada, managing customer inquiries and assisting with order processes in both official languages. With a strong training program and a collaborative team culture, you’ll build lasting client relationships while sharpening your technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
• Process orders and resolve issues using customer service platforms
• Guide customers through website navigation and online ordering
• Deliver professional and solution-oriented support
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
• Organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, client-focused approach
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is preferred
