What You’ll Do
You’ll communicate with clients across Canada, serving as a liaison and customer advocate. From handling incoming calls and processing orders to assisting with website navigation, you’ll be empowered to deliver a first-rate customer experience in both English and French. You’ll also participate in training to further strengthen your knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities

Answer calls, emails, and chats from clients in both French and English

Support order entry and resolution using advanced customer service tools

Help clients navigate the website and online ordering process

Provide timely, professional, and solutions-focused assistance

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and French, fluent in written and spoken communication

1–2 years of experience in a customer service role

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset

High school diploma required; college or university education preferred
