Bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will support both customer service and inside sales functions, responding to inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring all communications and tasks are handled with professionalism. Your contributions will directly support the sales team and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries on pricing, product availability, and specifications
• Prepare quotes and process orders using internal CRM software
• Coordinate closely with outside sales and internal teams
• Handle order follow-ups, returns, and customer complaints
• Manage over 200 customer calls and email requests monthly
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Support project coordination tasks to help manage workflow
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times
Qualifications
• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both verbal and written
• Experience supporting a sales team or working in a sales-related role
• Basic understanding of project coordination practices
• Strong organization and multitasking ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Friendly, clear phone manner and written communication skills
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Post-secondary education and relevant experience in customer service or sales support
