Bilingual Administrative Services Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will play an essential role in maintaining reliable communication with members and clients while ensuring that data and documents are processed accurately. You’ll work with a supportive team and be part of a workplace that values consistency, professionalism, and dedication.
Responsibilities

Provide courteous and professional service to members and clients in person and through calls, emails, and other correspondence

Handle daily outgoing mail tasks, including issuing checks and overnight correspondence

Enter member data with accuracy

Maintain and file confidential member records

Distribute internal correspondence and process reimbursement forms

Support administrators with various tasks and occasional projects

Complete all assigned administrative duties with care and attention
Qualifications

High school diploma

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Meticulous attention to detail

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the AS/400 system or similar

Clear and respectful communication skills with colleagues

Flexibility to work overtime if required
Benefits

Salary of $21 per hour for a 35-hour work week, totaling $38,220 annually

Unionized position with pay increases every 6 months until reaching $44,000, then annual increases afterward

Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
