What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer retention targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize value for customers.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Accurately document customer interactions and ensure follow-up on all issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of customer service or sales experience (call center preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to adapt and manage a range of call types and customer needs.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (preferred).
- High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset.
