Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English and French required)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact across a variety of customer interactions. You’ll respond to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure smooth communication across channels. With a focus on process reliability and clear communication, you’ll support both internal teams and external customers to uphold service excellence.
Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries related to product information, orders, stock availability, and more via phone, email, fax, and social media

Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and French

Process and verify orders from various sources, including electronic data interchange (EDI)

Maintain accurate and current customer data

Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions

Monitor systems and processes to ensure smooth operations

Identify ways to improve internal procedures and customer satisfaction

Support daily operations and assist other departments as needed
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support or customer care environment

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word

Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to stay composed under pressure and respond with clarity

Proven communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written

Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal abilities

Consistent and reliable attendance

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Experience with SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud is considered an asset
