Our client, a leader in the luxury retail world, is seeking to add a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.
DUTIES:
- Assist clientele via phone, email, fax, and social media regarding product availability and orders.
- Process orders and ensure accuracy.
- Address and resolve all consumer complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluently Bilingual (French & English).
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
