Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and emails in both English and French from clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams

Provide accurate product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently

Log interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system

Collaborate with departments such as logistics, sales, and clinical teams to deliver seamless service

Ensure all actions are compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical services
