What You’ll Do
You will oversee all aspects of financial management, from accounts receivable and payable to budgeting and tax remittances. Your role also includes HR generalist responsibilities and coordination of IT support. You will work closely with leadership across departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance, while supporting team members with calm and clarity.
Responsibilities

Lead daily financial operations, including cost management, financial statements, reconciliations, and budget preparation

Oversee accounts receivable and payable, inventory control, and payroll processing

Maintain accurate ledgers, prepare tax submissions, and generate monthly financial reports

Manage employee benefits, timesheets, records, and workplace safety files

Coordinate with IT teams to support systems and users

Support audits, reporting to regulatory bodies, and internal administrative processes
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and French

At least 10 years of experience in accounting

A certificate in Finance or a related field
