What You’ll Do
You will manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on collections, payment follow-up, and dispute resolution. This role blends customer service with problem-solving and offers room to grow your skills within a collaborative and proactive team.
Responsibilities
• Prioritize and manage a set list of customer accounts
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and negotiate terms
• Collaborate internally to resolve billing discrepancies
• Reconcile payments and ensure accurate account records
• Escalate high-risk cases with well-documented recommendations
• Maintain logs of collection activity and contribute to aging reports
• Support continuous process improvements and compliance
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in collections, customer service, or account management
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Confident phone communicator with attention to detail
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and handling complex account issues
