Bilingual Collections Specialist (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will manage a portfolio of credit accounts, working to control losses, reduce delinquencies, and strengthen client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve direct communication with franchisees, credit approvals, account analysis, and participation in performance meetings. This role requires both independence and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities

Manage receivables and control losses in an assigned portfolio

Communicate with franchisees and field management to resolve delinquency issues

Track and report delinquency and losses

Coordinate repossessions when necessary

Promote credit programs and support credit-related training for field teams

Handle appeals and questions related to credit status

Monitor accounts and develop action plans to improve performance

Submit forecasts and participate in credit strategy meetings
Qualifications

Fluent in French and English

Minimum 2 years of collections experience

Skilled in negotiation, skip tracing, and credit analysis

Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment

Able to travel occasionally, including some weekends

Comfortable with flexible work hours and business-casual office settings

$55,000 to $65,000 annual salary
