Bilingual Collections Analyst (French required)

Responsibilities
• Review and manage delinquent accounts to drive timely repayment or resolution
• Follow up on payment agreements and ensure commitments are met
• Apply internal Credit and Collections policies with consistency
• Support strategic initiatives and departmental performance goals
• Carry out administrative and support functions as needed within the department
Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented
• Willingness to assist with additional tasks and projects as required
