Key Responsibilities

Account Management
Review and manage past due accounts, identifying the most efficient resolution strategies for repayment or reconciliation. -
Follow-Up & Resolution
Conduct timely follow-ups on payment agreements to ensure commitments are fulfilled and accounts are brought current. -
Policy Adherence
Maintain and uphold all internal Credit and Collections policies and procedures. -
Strategic Support
Contribute to the development and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly departmental collection strategies to meet performance targets. -
Administrative Duties
Perform various administrative and support functions as required by the Credit and Collections department.
Required Qualifications & Competencies

Language Skills
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written). -
Professional Experience
1–3 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable (A/R) roles. -
