Bilingual Collections Analyst – Hybrid

Our client, a very well-established financial organization located in downtown Toronto and experiencing a tremendous amount of growth over the past two years, is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual Collections Analyst!
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Review past due accounts and resolve accordingly in the most efficient manner.

Conduct timely follow ups where agreements have been made to ensure resolution as agreed.

Uphold and maintain all Credit and Collection Policies within the department.

Assist in developing daily, weekly, and monthly strategies in achieving the departmental objectives.

Various administrative duties.
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
-
Strong verbal and written English and French.

1-3 years of experience working in a collections or A/R role.

Dynamic, ambitious, and responsible attitude is a must.

Flexible to additional projects within the Credit and Collections department.
