Bilingual Clinical Trainer & Educator

Reporting to: VP, Sales & Marketing Americas
Compensation Range: $160,000-$180,000
Primary Goal:
• Showcase advanced understanding of Peripheral Vascular Disease, End-Stage Renal Disease, and Congenital/Structural Heart Pathophysiology, while continuously broadening knowledge across other product lines to deliver comprehensive clinical support to the sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities:
• Foster clinical relationships and expertise to foster business growth in key regional accounts. • Develop onboarding training resources for new hires and conduct ongoing training sessions for the sales and marketing team on handling clinical objections. • Collaborate with clinical leads in strategic accounts such as GPOs and key hospitals within the region. • Coordinate clinical education programs and product education initiatives, including reviewing clinical studies and papers, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing. • Serve as a clinical expert, providing continuous clinical guidance to field sales and marketing teams to inform strategy, messaging, collateral, and training. • Educate and support customers across various levels and strategic accounts, including clinicians, patients, caregivers, and product end-users. • Assist in developing clinical case studies and collaborating with interested customers on posters, white papers, and journal articles as directed. • Partner with Marketing to plan and execute clinical events aligned with leadership priorities. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market activities and competitive products and programs.
Language Skills Required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English, and French language skills as an asset.
Education/Qualifications:
• Preferably hold a master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields. Alternatively, possess previous RN (BSCN) designation or a background in health-related fields. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales trainer or clinical specialist role within the medical device or related industry. • Advanced understanding of the healthcare delivery system. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. • Ability to develop engaging training materials and foster team connections through dynamic presentations. • Proficient in coaching and mentoring, providing constructive feedback tailored to individual sales representatives. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. • Experience with sales enablement tools like Salesforce is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
• Predominantly based out of the Vaughan office, with extensive travel within Canada and the US. • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. • Travel may constitute approximately 50% of the position's time, requiring a valid passport and the ability to attend mandatory vendor training in the United States.
