DUTIES:
- Processing new accounts, handling customer calls.
- Setup and ongoing maintenance of accounts
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
REQUIREMENTS:
- CSC OR IFIC
- An understanding of different types of investment accounts, IIROC/MFDA rules and regulations for accounts
- Strong data entry skills, must be accurate, should be quick
- General computer skills, ease of going in and out of applications, saving file
- A team player, will proactively assist others without being asked
- Fluent communications skills in French and English are required
