Bilingual Client Coordinator
Work with a well established industry leader in a position where its more then just working as your basic customer service rep!
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide a front line service to both internal and external staff
- Field calls that are both technical and product related
- Help support the sales team
- Process orders and coordinate logistics
- Submit warranty repair requests
Required Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a technical parts/customer service role
- Excellent Bilingual skills in both French and English
- The ability to multitask many projects at once
- Excellent organizational skills
