Job Description: Bilingual (French and English) Case Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual (French and English) Case Manager to join our team in downtown Toronto on a hybrid basis.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for handling emergency case files for international clients and supporting their health, wellness, and finances while they are in a crisis situation.Responsibilities:
- Manage emergency case files for international clients
- Provide support to clients in crisis situations
- Communicate with clients in both French and English
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure clients receive the best care possible
- Develop and implement care plans for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare and insurance systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, nursing, or related field
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
- Certification in case management
