Bilingual Case Assessment Officer (French Required)

What You’ll Do
You will assess incoming cases, communicate directly with consumers and firms, and ensure accurate, timely intake and documentation of each case. Your work will support investigative processes and contribute to organizational improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and emails from consumers and firms
• Guide consumers through the complaint-handling process
• Collect and evaluate case details to determine mandate eligibility
• Write clear and concise case summaries and out-of-mandate letters
• Identify complex or urgent cases for expedited action
• Prepare electronic case folders and coordinate document requests
• Participate in projects, training, and events that align with corporate objectives
• Assist with French-language translations for communications
Qualifications
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under fixed timelines
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional judgment with a high level of discretion
