What You’ll Do
You’ll focus on assessing complaints and preparing them for investigation. Most of your time will be spent reviewing documentation, analyzing case details, and preparing summaries that support informed decisions. While communication with consumers and firms is part of the role, the emphasis is on written correspondence and structured intake—not high-volume call handling.
Responsibilities

Review and assess complaints to determine if they fall within mandate

Draft detailed case summaries and assign appropriate categorization

Communicate with consumers and firms primarily via email to request information or clarify details

Refer individuals to external agencies or regulators when necessary

Request and organize supporting documents, ensuring timely follow-up

Draft formal letters to communicate decisions or next steps

Assist with team projects, help refine internal processes, and contribute to French translation initiatives

Support training of new staff and participate in stakeholder events when needed
Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English, with excellent writing and comprehension skills in both languages

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
