Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service in both English and French
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries related to billing, account troubleshooting, and technical support
- Offer first-call resolutions by actively listening and providing tailored solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Adapt to a metric-driven environment focusing on performance goals
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and French (annual language certification required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented culture
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
