Bilingual English/French Business Development Representative (BDR)
Our client is a leader in the pharma/medical device sector and are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual English/French BDR. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of their company.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying potential new customers within the [specific region or market]. Your primary focus will be on driving sales revenue by promoting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional support in both English and French languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels in both English and French.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to provide insightful recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to exceed targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
