Bilingual Business Development Manager (French required)

What You’ll Do
You’ll drive new client acquisition, nurture relationships, and support enterprise software sales with a focus on value-based, solution-oriented selling. You’ll be at the forefront of helping clients uncover opportunities and optimize their operations with leading-edge technology.
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Quebec region

Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships

Conduct effective product demonstrations and discovery conversations

Manage full sales cycles and present customized solutions

Track activity and revenue through Salesforce

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and implementation

Engage in strategic planning and support government RFPs

Travel as needed to build relationships and close deals
Qualifications

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

3–5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in SaaS, telecom, or telematics

Proven success in achieving sales targets

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Comfortable with product demos and software tools, including Salesforce

Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
