What You’ll Do
You'll lead the development and execution of a dynamic national sales strategy that expands course enrollments and builds lasting partnerships across Canada. Working closely with marketing, volunteers, and partners, you’ll bring structure, innovation, and momentum to a function that’s primed for growth.
Responsibilities

Design and implement a results-oriented national sales plan

Cultivate high-impact partnerships with marinas, rental clubs, community associations, and corporate stakeholders

Expand third-party distribution channels for educational products

Represent the organization at boating events and industry forums

Leverage CRM tools to track, report, and optimize sales performance

Contribute to grant and sponsorship strategy

Mentor volunteer instructors and ambassadors on sales best practices
Qualifications

5+ years in sales leadership, ideally in education, nonprofit, or recreation sectors

Proven record of building and closing B2B partnerships

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities

Excellent communication skills in both French and English

CRM proficiency (e.g. HubSpot) and comfort with digital tools
